My passion is to inspire people to live and act from above the line – to choose to live, work and run their businesses from a truly positive perspective. When you “Choose Above” you are choosing to not be blocked or stuck in negative patterns, beliefs and actions that will never get you the results you crave – such as increased performance, financial abundance and meaningful relationships.
My message is simple – People have more joy and success in their careers and their personal lives if they simply become aware of how their mindset is holding them back and choosing a new, truly positive approach. No one can truly lead an abundant and fulfilling life if they live and act primarily from a below the line perspective. Saying that… it isn’t easy.
As an Executive Coach I have worked with leaders and entrepreneurs for years. Together, we create a clear path and simple steps to follow to help them reach their potential, achieve their goals and experience more joy. I have refined and simplified strategies for getting results. Ongoing certifications such as CNTC – Certified Neuro Transformation Coach and assessments such as Emotional Intelligence and DiSC, I have long been a seeker of how the brain works in relation to our states of mind, emotional aptitude and indicators of success.
For 15 years I have had a specialty in coaching top financial advisors from around the globe including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Many have been recognized on the Barron’s Top 100 lists or the Forbes list of top financial advisors in various states.
Audience members have expressed how simple yet powerful my "Choose Above" message is to implement. They have later remarked how the concept stayed with them and how they are bringing it into their daily lives.
Although my message is important in every walk of life, I find it most resonates with self-directed professionals and entrepreneurs – those whose success is directly related to their actions and perspectives.
