Annette Craven

First generation high school graduate who went on to complete multiple college degrees, including a PhD, become a CPA, and become a Certified Professional Coach. Annette has mentored organizations and individuals in a range of ways from doctoral work to high potential team development to quality certifications for organizations. After spending 20 years in industry, she transitioned to the academic environment where she specialized in management, HR, and quality improvement. She served as both a state and national Baldrige examiner for more than a decade and has presented to audiences in multiple countries including Colombia, Argentina, Guadalajara, Mongolia, France, Ghana, and Canada. Her message to those she coaches, consults, or mentors is always to pay it forward. We cannot grow if we do not stop conforming and begin doing more connecting.
