Al Jeffery

NSW, AUSTRALIA
Al Jeffery is an international keynote speaker, 'cultural' entrepreneur and facilitator.

Listed in the Top 30 Australian Entrepreneurs Under 30 and twice nominated for Young Australian of the Year, Al has become known as a divergent thought-leader bringing together solutions intersecting human performance, community, innovation, wellness and sustainability. He has worked with the likes of Apple, Australia Post, Coriant, Telstra and Suncorp. Al is now sought after to work with leading social enterprise, B-Corporations and companies seeking to positively shape the future.

Committed to lifelong learning and personal development from the tender age of 12, Al has been on a mission to bring about a world that is 'together in gift.' A world that is designed to cultivate and allow community and human potential.

At 12 years old Al was sitting on the couch watching Jumanji with his older brother when a World Vision ad came up asking him to 'sponsor and child.' This brought Al to questioning why this was necessary. How are we at a place where we need to sponsor children? With these questions streaming through his mind, he started wondering how he could be of greatest service. This is when he started his first small business mowing lawns.

It has been a little journey since mowing lawns, running an online clothing store, managing talent and music events, producing a global event series and having the time to finish High School also. Al is now the founder of Realise Flow, a media platform and facilitation organisation for social-pioneers, truth-seekers and peak-performers bringing 'community' back to personal growth and exploring human performance; and Base Commons, on a mission to facilitate curated experiences and regenerative co-living spaces to allow personal growth, connection, expression and social innovation.

Selected as one of ten young entrepreneurs globally to attend a social entrepreneur acceleration program in Boulder, Colorado in 2014, Al gave his first TEDx talk at Mile High which is known to be featured in business schools Australia-wide. He regularly works with executives, leadership, entrepreneurs and creatives wishing to amplify their impact or team performance through coaching or personal guidance.

If Al isn't travelling to speak, facilitate or work with his team, you might find him hiking in a lush forest, writing his next book, practicing yoga, playing guitar or sitting in stillness.

Impact-driven and solution-driven!

There needs to be a clear path to making a significant net-positive impact without any net-collateral damage made on the way there.

The project's core model and value needs to be helping both people and the planet.

Embodying the message they share!

The project and team involved need to be in alignment with the very essence of the project. Authenticity and integrity is very important to Al. What you do is great, how you do it also great. Who you are as you do it is something Al is very sensitive to.

Driven by aligned teams!

Even if the above two points are perfect, unless the team behind the project is aligned with the vision and values of the project it won't work for anyone! Al also needs to feel alignment with the team involved.

Aligned with his own core vision and values!

The project obviously needs to be in alignment with Al's vision and values. He likes to be able to see how it will fit into the eco-system of his current projects so that they can work together symbiotically and support each other.
