Bill Ross
Having been an athlete most of my life, I understand the value of hard work and sacrifice. But, as I grew older I recognized the pitfalls of most training techniques and philosophies. Working harder didn't always pay dividends, which made me realize that more wasn't always better and, in many cases, it would lead to injury.
At the beginning of my professional career I had the opportunity to work for the Kansas City Royals. It was there that I created an injury prevention program that was so successful the team went from having the most injuries to the fewest injuries. These results led me to becoming the first strength and conditioning coach in Major League Baseball.
That experience helped me develop a system that works for all ages, men and women, that will help people get stronger, lose weight, stabilize the joints and become more flexible, which, in turn, helps prevent injuries. In addition, I created a nutritional philosophy that is easy to understand and follow. I am so confident that these philosophies produce results that I authored a book, The Fitness Puzzle – Making the Pieces Fit. I've trained thousands of people, including professional athletes Bo Jackson and George Brett using these philosophies with results that are hard to believe.
