Todd is a senior leadership coach with a specialty in leadership development and change management. Through his speaking, coaching, workshops and mastermind groups, he has worked with CEO's, senior leaders and professionals spanning the breadth of Fortune 500 companies to small business entrepreneurs.

He runs his own coaching and leadership development practice, Logos Performance Group.

Todd holds a B.S., Chemistry from Baylor University and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver in Marketing. He is a member of the John Maxwell team and a John Maxwell certified executive coach, speaker, and sales trainer. Prior to becoming an leadership coach, Todd worked nearly 25 years in the healthcare sector for a Fortune 500 company in multiple key roles including customer sales, sales leadership, policy, government affairs, sales operations and sales training.
