Kathryn Lininger proudly serves as the Founder, President and Commander in Chief of Trauma Life Care Ambulance.

In addition to Emergency Medical Services, Ms. Lininger has held certification in Occupational Therapy for 24 years working in local hospitals, home health and nursing homes throughout Northern California specializing in geriatrics and pediatrics.
SPEAKING EXPERTISE:
Chief Lininger provides training and education, attends school career fairs, public speaking and television engagements on pre-hospital care and health insurance issues and acts as a spokesperson, host and lobbyist for geriatric healthcare advocacy, healthcare public relations and access and functional needs populations. Kathryn is an Organizer for a Community Outreach meetup group: "Christian Women Speakers on the Move!" and volunteers as a teacher for children with special needs. Kathryn is also a Life Coach and Accountability Partner for individuals facing health concerns and is a Premier Member of the Sacramento Women's Speakers Association (WSA).

Ms. Lininger holds two Associate Degrees from Diablo Valley College and Sacramento City College, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from California State University, Sacramento, and an Emergency Medical Dispatcher Advanced Certification from the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. She is also certified with the California Board of Occupational Therapy, the National Board for Certifiication in Occupational Therapy, Inc., and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care providers with the American Red Cross.
