After spending 3 years in corporate America as a healthcare consultant, she moved to New Orleans to explore her entrepreneurial side. After successfully establishing a foundation for the fitness and wellness company, she turned to coaching other young up and coming entrepreneurs through their own transformations, both physically and in business. Currently, she still coaches, speaks, trains, owns her own lead generation company, and works on developing multiple business plans for a series of new wellness based companies. Her keynote speaking program "Movement That Matters" has a highly energetic and unique approach to its delivery, and focuses on the imporatance of maintaining your own personal health and wellness as an entrepreneur or business professional, and how this solid internal foundation helps build further external success.
