My passion is seeing people succeed.  All too often we get in our own way when trying to succeed.  There are a lot of services provided to job seekers, but what is lacking is the soft-skills necessary to succeed; my services address this gap.

I have 18 years of experience in the Staffing and Recruitment world.  I have successfully coached thousands of job seekers, including people with disabilities and job seekers from other marginalized groups.  My goal is Ending the Cycle of Unemployment, Underemployment and Temporary Employment.

I offer different services, depending on what your organization is striving to address.  Topics and services include:
