Before starting her career as a coach, Carmen had several years of work experience in managerial positions within the service, technology and dairy products industries. She was in charge of EMEA market for DoubleClick, part of Yahoo Inc. She was also in charge of the internationalization process of, Grupo Leche Rio S.A. in Spain.
Carmen holds an International M.B.A. from IE Business School in Madrid and is a certified Entrepreneurship teacher from Babson University in Boston. She is also certified in Executive Coaching by the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute at the Haas School of Business.
In addition to her one-on-one coaching practice she works as a facilitator and leadership coach for corporations as Vodafone, Roche, Pronovias and is faculty of IE Business School and Berkeley ECI. Also, as a credentialed family business advisor, Carmen is equipped to provide guidance on matters such as succession planning, and conflict resolution within the family enterprise.
Carmen has had the opportunity to live and work in different countries where she has always contributed to positively impact the entrepreneurial community. She has worked as leadership coach, facilitator and consultant for Women's Initiative in San Francisco, an ONG that helps low-income women to create and run their own businesses. In Greece, she worked to create a Family Business Association that would promote educational events and networking for family business in Greece.
She is known for her professionalism with a high degree of business acumen who can align with top-level executives, while also being a dynamic, fun, and caring person.
