Tammy Trent is beautiful, talented and radiating a sumptuous voice that has captured the hearts of hundreds of Christian rock enthusiasts, Ms. Tammy Trent explodes onto the faith music scene once again with her first studio release in nearly five years. The new album, Sunny Days, bursts at the seams with overtones of hope, its tracks peppered with "strong, infectious melodies" that perfectly complement Trent's mission statement this time around: "This musical offering has brought me to the most beautiful season yet on my personal journey from love to loss and into a deeper understanding of God's faithful commitment to us through life's growing moments."

As co-writer of eight of the 10 songs that make up Sunny Days' playlist roster, Tammy Trent recognizes that this is the first album that fully captured everything so important to her. Looking into the soulful, gorgeous eyes of this talent and religion endowed songstress – which could melt icebergs and break hearts in the same glance – one could understand the meaning behind her epiphanies, especially when she states, "All these songs are my way of responding to God's sustaining grace in my life; I love to worship and feel captured by the Father when I just can't seem to breathe on my own."

Success on the burgeoning Christian rock radio scene is no strange bedfellow to Tammy Trent, what with her familiar voice filling the airwaves with hits like "Your Love is 4 Always," "It's All About You," Run to the Cross," "My Irreplaceable" and "Welcome Home." After the tragic death of her husband in 2001, she took a sabbatical from the white-hot spotlight but returned as a featured speaker and performer at the Women of Faith conferences in 2003. Spending four years with Women of Faith and being named a featured speaker and performer on the organization's Revolve Tour for teen girls for two years, Trent has since maintained a hectic touring schedule while finding the time to speak and sing at women's events all around the globe.

Not only musically gifted and dedicated to her faith and community, Ms. Trent's commitment to the ministry was recognized in November of 2009 and 2010 when she was named the Christian Music Hall of Fame's Inspirational Female Vocalist of the Year. Further, she has gone on to author Learning to Breathe Again: Choosing Life and Finding Hope After a Shattering Loss (W Publishing) and Beyond the Sorrow: There's Hope in the Promises of God (J. Countryman) while co-authoring the humor-infused and brilliantly illustrated children's potty training book, The Log Family: See You at the Beach with her late husband Trent Lenderink.

Sunny Days contains the title track plus "Glow in the Dark," "We're Letting Go," "Welcome Home," "You'll Come," "Fall at Your Feet," "Your Grace is Enough," "I'm Running," "Stronger Now" and "Don't Let Him Be the Last to Know."
