I have a bachelors degree in Mass Communication. I also have two masters degrees: One in Organizational Leadership (M.S.) and one in Ministerial Leadership (M.Div.). I have taught at the university level for a number of years and have corporate training in consulting and coaching. I have been a motivational speaker for 17 years. A lot of what I learn is also through self-study; I am continually updating my skills.
I have worked in business, higher education, media broadcasting, ministry, and other areas, and I feel this is just one more way to reach out to people and help make the world a better place. It helps me become more well-rounded in my own skills and knowledge. Plus, it allows me to run my own business, which I've always wanted to do!
Many of my customers are looking for motivational speaking--that's one of my favorite areas! I've been a keynote speaker at various conferences and meetings and will work with you to custom-craft a special message tageted at your team's exact needs!
Naturally, I am geared toward helping people see and develop their inner potential as leaders, so
I will have my client take a look at themselves and their organization and have them write down some of their dreams, their strengths, and their goals so I can create the best message possible. I try to keep it real, but always positive!
