It was a talk on the mind and why we are mostly unaware of our sub-conscious mind, often thinking that the suffering we feel is because of the world around us rather than the stories in our sub-conscious mind that make us perceive things a certain way.
Saima Shah is a writer, blogger and soon to be published author on meditation and happinesss. She is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and a member of IMDHA and IACT. She a professional member of Women Speakers Association.
Saima has helped countless people since 2008 to find calm, overcome anxiety, learn meditation and let go of past trauma that may still be keeping them stuck.
Saima uses a variety of approaches such as mindfulness, gestalt, guided visualizations, past life regressions, cognitive behavior therapy and yoga to help clients reprogram their minds for greater fulfillment and happiness.
