As a Negotiation Consultant with ENS International, Carrie provides strategic consulting for client negotiation teams and skills training workshops. She has worked with global companies in the mining and resource sectors, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, and food packaging industries, as well as federal and provincial or state governments.


A former lawyer and adjunct law professor, Carrie taught Negotiation, and Mediation Advocacy, at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law for nine years, having taught previously at the University of Windsor Law School, the University of Toronto, and York University.


Carrie is a certified Virtual Speaker, an Impostor Syndrome Informed Coach™, a Positive Intelligence® Coach, certified in Conversational Intelligence®, a certified facilitator of Authentic Leadership Conversations™, Authentic Leadership for Teams™, and a qualified assessor of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®).


In previous senior leadership roles, Carrie was a member of the Executive teams for the Justice Institute of BC as Director of the Centre for Conflict Resolution, and the Ontario Pay Equity Commission as Chief Legal Counsel. She also served as Board President/Chair for the CoRe Conflict Resolution Society of BC and Bloor Information and Legal Services in Toronto.
