Case is the Founder and CEO of CircusTrix--currently the largest owner, operator and developer of indoor recreation parks in the world with over 80 facilities and over 2,000 employees. Since opening his first park in 2011, CircusTrix now has facilities in 25 states and 4 countries; including China and the UK (Ryze); and Germany (Superfly). CircusTrix Parks are considered among the best in the world including Gravady (Las Vegas), Sector6 (New Orleans), 2infinity (Florida), DefyGravity (North Carolina) and AboveAll (Nashville).

Case has been featured in Forbes, Inc. Magazine and other publications as a pioneer in Active Recreation; and a leading innovator in Marketing to Millennials. In 2017, Case was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Before "jumping" into CircusTrix, Case was a successful entrepreneur in the commercial real estate industry. In 2004, Case created CargoBay, a groundbreaking company that developed storage and office space for small business. In 2007, Case's CargoBay project in California was named National Facility of the Year. Throughout his career, Case has developed over 500,000 sq.ft. of commercial real estate. Case started his career in 2000 with Venture Law Group in Menlo Park, California where he worked with some of the premier start-ups in Silicon Valley.

Case received a JD from Duke Law School and a BA in American Economic Studies from BYU.
