Jeffrey Lodick

Jeffrey served meritoriously in the United States Army for 20 years. He served in several leadership positions to include Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant and Battalion Sergeant Major. He attended the Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, Jumpmaster School, the Battle Staff Noncommissioned Officer Course as well as the United States Army Drill Sergeant School. He was considered a master trainer as he trained over 3500 Service Members during his career and assisted greatly in grooming his subordinates, peers and even senior leaders into achieving so much success. He was responsible for the development of over 100 Senior Leaders toward the end of his career.  Change Your Forecast, LLC was developed to assist people achieve successes they never dreamed possible.
