Patrick Veroneau, grew up in Portland, Maine. He is the youngest of 10 children, where to this day he is still introduced as "the baby" of the family. Many of his experiences growing up in a lower middle class family have shaped his outlook on challenges and his ability to connect with people. He lost both of his parents to cancer when he was 17 and 18, which officially labeled him as an orphan. While one of the most challenging periods of his life, it help set a trajectory for who he has and continues to become.

Patrick's early professional career focused on sales, training and sales management in the biopharma and business services fields. It was during that time that Patrick developed a passion for coaching and assisting others in their pursuit for success. To further develop his skill set and knowledge in sales and leadership, Patrick completed his masters in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and trained in the science of influence with Dr. Robert Cialdini.

Today, Patrick is the president of Emery Leadership Group. His company has developed models in the areas of team, leadership, sales, and performance menagement to assist individuals in developing behaviors that create a more motived and engaged organization.

He also hosts a podcast called, Rise Above Your Best, which focuses on providing individuals the inspiration and evidence to prove that great success is available to all of us.

He is certified as an organizational development coach through iPEC and is licensed to administer assessments using the Genos Emotional Intelligence Workplace model and Everthing DiSC.

He has worked with organizations such as PiSA Biopharm, Southworth Products, RM Davis, New England Cancer Specialists, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Frisbee Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Eastern Maine Medical Center, Wentworth Douglass Hospital, Millenium Pharmaceuticals and The Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
