Prior to leading Strategic HR Advisors, Ms. Darno spent more than 20 years working for several Fortune 100 organizations across various industries to include discount retail, financial services, health care, and retail fashion. Her corporate experiences include the continued progression from Logistics to Human Resource Business Leader and to becoming the Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer
Jeanetta is also a highly-decorated military veteran who previously served as an airborne officer in the US Army where she led combined logistics movement control teams in the Middle East, Asia, Egypt, Operations Desert Shield and Storm.
Jeanetta has an MBA from Fisher College at The Ohio State University, a master's degree in Human Resources from the Texas A&M University and a bachelor's degree from Jackson State University.
