certified virtual presenter

After completing a simultaneous closing on her own residence (selling her house and buying a new one at the same time), all with a 1-year old and a 2-week old baby, Cynthia thought real estate looked fun and easy. (Yeah, right!) She decided to leave her stressful advertising career and make the change to the real estate profession, all hoping to leave the deadlines and long hours at the office behind her. (Ha!)

Cynthia owned and operated Central Florida's largest independent real estate company, growing it from the ground up to over 135 team members and 6 offices before selling the brokerage company in 2016 to one of the top 350 real estate companies in the nation.

Cynthia has written over 80 course curriculums for various organizations, tailored to meet their needs. She has also authored a real estate book entitled The High Heels Landlord, which, you guessed it, is about real estate rentals. Cynthia also released Fill'er Up, a book regarding managing and filling your rental properties.

In 2021, Cynthia released The Standout Agent, which quickly became a #1 seller on Amazon. This book details how real estate agents can have a long and successful career without purchasing leads, and gives step-by-step instructions to put into action.

Cynthia has spoken to groups of 3500 people down to 5 and will customize any of her programs and topics for your group.

Cynthia has been featured in both Florida REALTOR magazine and the National REALTOR magazine. She received the prestigious Florida REALTORS's Educator of the Year award along with the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association's Educator of the Year Award.

The youngest of 6, Cynthia is married with 4 children. Her passion is property management and investment properties. In her spare time, she collects rental properties and visits her favorite hangout, Lowes.
