I've worked as engineer, manager and consultant in multi-national organizations in Europe, Asia and North America for more than two decades. I have practiced transformational coaching for more than 12 years and conducted numbers of personal/ organizational development seminars such as negotiation skills, effective communication, Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavior Modification (CBM) & environmental psychology.
