John Ray Broussard

Mr. Broussard  obtained  his BFA in Mass Communications, Psychology, and Theater from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a Desert Storm Veteran with the 256 Infintry Brigade, finished his military career with 2 Army Achievement medals, and an honorable discharge after 8 yeaars of service.  He has completed Anthony Robbins, Personal Power to Success, graduated from all Dale Carnige courses, serving as a graduate assistant to all classes there after.  A former Planning and Zoning Commissioner, Parks and Recreation Commissioner, Started the Lafayette Parish Neighborhood watch managers Association, a Chaplin at the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center, and now is a certified Hospice of Acadiana volunteer taking each volunteer position equelly important.

In his everyday life he holds 3 patents on specialty drilling tools, has a patent with his son Mason on the first Helium filled shoe, called the Heel-E-UM 21's.  He owns an Import/Export company in the USA aiding in overall trade.

Keeping Manufacturing home.  I am an expert at getting products manufactured, with the ability to accomplish getting things built right were you stand!  I bring ideas to life.

Having business units accross the globe, having vital contacts to different countries trade.

With Inner-Works, LLC, He has coined the term "Pre-Traumatic Solutions" vs Post Traumatic Stress, as well as Pre Catastrophic Event solutions.  He concentrates on high stessed environments, such a Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Nursing, and ER personal. EI was started due to the Navy Seals not passing enough Recruits.  So instead of lowering thier standards that up the mental game in the early 1990's.

He presents material simple & easy to understand, on these proven skill sets that with one talk, one speach, one workshop, the attendies will walk away with a different prespective, having better relations at home and work.
