Catherine Brennan

MN, US
I work with organizations that invest in their employees by helping them become healthier because when people are healthy, they look better, feel better, and do better.

Catherine Brennan is a business owner, writer and speaker, mother, athlete, and depression survivor. She speaks from a lifetime of experiences challenging participants to take their health into their own hands leading to a better life. Catherine's vulnerable exposure of her own struggles to become healthy, allows the audience to face specific things that are holding them back from living their best life.

Her 35-year battle with depression equipped Catherine to speak about health from a physical, mental, and spiritual standpoint. Her revolutionary method of addressing health goes beyond mere diet and exercise. She offers specific ways to overcome long held habits which hold people hostage to poor health. Through writing and speaking, Catherine's mission is to give people the inspiration to become healthy because when people are healthy, they look better, feel better, and do better.

Catherine authors a blog entitled, Your Pathway to Health and is a frequent speaker. She has served on several boards in her community supporting economic development, the arts, and diversity. She became an avid runner in her 50s, qualifying for both the Boston Marathon and New York City Marathon. Catherine runs a construction company (CEO) and development company (partner) with her partner and husband, Mike. They live in Mankato, MN, have two grown sons and a lovely daughter in law.

Personal Boundaries

In this session, you will learn how to say yes to things you want to do and no to those you don't. Personal boundaries are necessary to have healthy relationships. They allow you to give your best to others without building up resentment or frustration. Personal boundaries are not about separation but respect for both yourself and others.
