Before launching Roger Love Speaks, Roger built a distinguished career across both the automotive and education industries:
- Automotive Leadership:
Roger began in auto sales with the Bob Rohrman Auto Group, quickly rising to Sales Manager of a high-volume store averaging over 500 cars sold per month. He played a key role in record-breaking sales, including a month with 732 cars sold and $1.6 million in net profit. He later served as General Manager for five dealerships and was selected as a finalist to become a Minority Owner of a Honda dealership. - Education & Coaching:
Roger started as a high school Physical Education teacher and was named Teacher of the Year for revitalizing a failing department. He coached multiple sports, sending many student-athletes to college, and was honored as Coach of the Year by his peers. As Athletic Director, he oversaw 16 sports programs and led with vision and accountability. - Academic & Athletic Background:
Roger holds a degree in Education from Taylor University, where he was a standout two-sport athlete in football and track. A three-time National Christian College All-American hurdler, Roger also served as president of the Minority Student Organization, working to enhance diversity on campus.
