A native of Massachusetts, Chef Huda's love for the culinary arts presented itself at a young age of six. She was raised in a completely organic household which piqued her interest in food knowledge and influenced her creativity. A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles, where she finished at the top of her class. Chef Huda worked among the best of the best in the LA food scene. Having learned from many esteemed culinary minds, Chef Huda returned to the Washington, DC area and established her culinary company, Pretty and Delicious™, where she serves as Executive Chef, Owner and CEO.
Chef Huda works and lives by her motto, "Food should be 'Pretty and Delicious' at all times." Given her multicultural background, Chef Huda incorporates flavors from around the world into her flavorful menus.
Chef Huda was recently a favorite on ABC's new show, "The Taste" with Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson, Brian Malarkey and Ludo Lefebvre.
