Transform your company culture and team performance with powerful, practical lessons from a charismatic speaker, author and CEO.

Hi! I'm Mamie.

In 2013 I founded Meeteor, a collaboration company that enables teams and organizations to develop a healthy culture in which people thrive and organizations succeed. I'm also the the author of Momentum: Creating Effective, Engaging and Enjoyable Meetings

As a management consultatnt, I worked with non-profit organizations on strategic planning, theory of change development, effective staffing, high performance teams, and more. After three years of consulting followed by business school, I decided to start Meeteor because I've experienced and wittnessed how good collaboration practices can support people to do and feel their best which in turn enable a team to achieve great things.

Since founding Meeteor, I've led interactive workshops for hundreds of participants, been a guest on multiple podcasts and webcasts, and keynoted conferences with thousands in the audience.

My journey is not a typical one, but the lessons I've learned apply to anyone. Between art school and business school, being an entrepreneur and a mom, I've learned that how you work is just as important as what you accomplish. Helping others optimize thier time, cultuvate their team and accomplish their goals is my mission.
