Michelle is a dynamic presenter, extremely knowledgeable and has numerous stories to draw upon. She incorporated some interactive components and plenty of time for workshop scenarios. We went over how to recognize and diffuse a problematic instances (inappropriate behavior of all types) before it becomes a reportable problem with exclusion notices, lowered moral, and reporting all around.
