George K. H. Schell, the founder of OfficeSeer LLC, has spent the last two and a half decades providing best-in-class leadership and people management expertise as a business manager and senior legal counsel in a broad range of business environments including a private law firm, federal and city government, Major League baseball and the global beverage industry.
As a nationally recognized public speaker and presenter, George develops and delivers highly energized and engaging motivational speeches on effective in-person communication, management of "the humans", personal branding and diversity as a business imperative to business-minded students, business and legal organizations, private law firms, not-for-profit and for-profit businesses. In 2016 George received the Legacy Diversity Award from the California Minority Counsel Program ("CMCP") and in 2015 was also named as an inaugural member of CMCP's Hall of Fame. George was most recently Chairman of the Board of the Council of Better Business Bureaus ("CBBB") in Arlington, Virginia where, in 2016, he led the development and publication of the CBBB's visionary new Strategic Plan. George also was Chief Marketing Counsel for the North America Group of The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia and began his 20-year career at The Coca-Cola Company in North America Marketing as a Director of Business Affairs.
Prior to his tenure at Coca-Cola George was Vice President and General Counsel for the Oakland Athletics Baseball Company and Chief of General Litigation for the City of San Francisco.
George began his professional career as an associate for the Steinhart & Falconer law firm after spending two years as a Team Leader and Staff Attorney for the Ninth Circuit Office of Staff Attorneys in San Francisco, California.
George graduated from the UCLA School of Law and is an honors graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
