Succeed & be happy!Learn from my real life experience. A classically trained chef for 16 years, I went back to college & became a CPA and successful real estate investor. YOU CAN TOO!

After 16 years of sizzling, seasoning and sauteeing, I chased my dream of being a CPA - and became one. I had to get a 2 year, degree and a 4 year degree - in my 30's. I had baseball cards older than some of my classmates. Then I had to pass the 2 day 15 hour CPA exam - and I failed the first time I took it. I got even more serious and passed it. I;ve now owned my own CPA firm for 13 years. I then got interested in buy-and-hold real estate, and have become a succesful investor for 12 years. What helped me? Dedication, hard work, and my motivations - 1) the 5 P's: Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance, 2) Luck is when opportunity meets being prepared 3) Hard work always pays off, and my favorite, which sums up my success: "If you do waht you always did, you get what you always got. If nothing changes, then nothing changes, and if you think you can or you think you can't, you're absolutely right, becuase what you think about you bring about!!" Over the past 12 years, I have done dozens of real estate speaking engagements in three states. My life is good today, and yours can be too. Let me share my successes, my failures, and my hard-fought life lessons learned with you becuase there's plenty of room up here at the top!
