Michelle will bring high energy to any event that she speaks at. She has a wealth of knowledge in the area of wellness specifically mental health. Her time as a coach and educator gives her a well rounded look at the world and those in it.

Michelle Vann is the CEO of Vanntastic Solutions a coaching and speaking company designed to help women gain the skills and confidence to move forward in their lives and accomplish their goals.   President and Founder of Sistahs Can We Talk a non-profit organization that helps to fill the gaps in the social disparities of health in BIPOC women. She and William, her husband of 31 years, are the owners of BaM Group, LLC which is a conglomerate that serves the community through rental management as well as business consultation. With her vast knowledge of entrepreneurship, she serves as a mentor to many young ladies that are pursuing their business dreams. They are the proud parents of Brandon and Brianna both of whom are attending college.


Mrs. Vann retired from the Wichita Public Schools after 20 years of service. This has given her many opportunities to impact both probationary teachers and young people alike. She has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Masters in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in History,  a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and Theology. She is a licensed minister of the gospel. 


Vann has served in ministry with her husband for the pastor 27 years and is presently serving on the Leadership team for  Iasis Christian Center. She is very involved in her church, and many community organizations that promote the uplifting of women of all ages. Finally, she is the author of two books Help Along the Journey and Stop the Merry-go-round I want to get off, both of which have been designed to help women begin their own life journeys, and a contributing author to Four other books, Becoming a Shero, Daily Dose of Declarations, Let the Daughters Arise, and Thriving in the Fishbowl. She loves to minister and consult with pastor's wives and women in general.
