Ben was destined to become a speaker when he delivered a campaign speech for student body president in elementary school. He was elected! He continued his speaking career in high school winning speech contests and getting elected to student council positions. Since then Ben has graduated from Stanford University and gone on to become a real estate attorney and educator.

Ben conducts excellent and entertaining real estate classes. He has developed more than 85 continuing education approved courses and conducted more than 1,000 seminars and workshops. He has also published several real estate books including Nevada Real Estate Principles (Kaplan Real Estate Education) now in its third edition. He has earned the following awards:

• Teacher of the Year at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada,
• Presidential Award for Teaching Excellence.
• Three-time recipient of the Educator of the Year award at the Reno/ Sparks Association of REALTORS®.

Ben is very proud of his two daughters. Kimmy, 25 years old, graduated from a special program at Stanford University where she earned her bachelor's and master's degree in four years. She is now doing graduate work in speech pathology at Vanderbilt University.

Melley, 27 years old, graduated with honors from Stanford University and earned her law degree from Columbia University Law School. She is now a prosecutor for Clark County in Nevada.
