Internationally, Dr. Sreenan worked as a consultant with Fortune 500 McKinsey on the subject of emotional intelligence and taught a Masters level course at Georgetown University on the same subject. She has taught courses as a college professor for over 25 years and was the Clinical Director and Coach for The Sanctuary at Sedona. Dr. Sreenan created an innovative addiction recovery program based on her work with Dr. Joe Dispenza called BE Recovered, using research-based techniques to help people overcome life-long addictions.

In 2017, Dr. Sreenan shared the stage and co-presented with Gregg Braden on Relationship Intelligence and Wisdom of the Heart.
