
Natalie Simone
Natalie simone was born in brooklyn, new york to trinidadian parents. At the age of six, she migrated to trinidad where she lived until she was sixteen years old. At sixteen years she returned to the united states and later attended the university of georgia. She graduated in 1998 with a degree in psychology. Natalie later pursued a master's degree in counseling at the university of west georgia, but left the program a year later to focus fully on her writing.
Natalie is the author of the novels girls just don't do that and three degrees of separation. She is currently working on catching feelings which is the final installment in the crave book series. A web series based on girls just don't do that will be released in 2016.
In 2011, natalie wrote and produced her first stage play, only god can judge me. It sold out all performances. Her next stage play, the hole runs deep, will premier in september of 2016.
Natalie is also the concept developer and script writer for perfect muse productions, llc, an atlanta-based entetainment production company. On the production side she has a proven track record in all aspects of the end-to-end creative process, ranging from concept development to execution. She has operated in the role of concept developer, script writer and executive producer and specializes in bringing together the best and brightest minds to collaborate on creative teams for full feature film, shorts, web series and theater productions.
She writes scripts for movies, short films, web series and, commercials and occasionally writes a blog.
She is lives in atlanta with her wife and daughter.
