ON, CALisa is igniting resilience in leaders and teams to reduce workplace fatigue, strengthen engagement, and drive productivity.
Lisa Lounsbury is a globally respected Resilience and Well-Being Expert, Certified Lifestyle, Wellness, and Menopause Coach, and the President and Founder of New Day Wellness Inc. For over 30 years, she has empowered organizations and individuals to lead with strength, clarity, and compassion by integrating wellness into the core of leadership and workplace culture.
Lisa’s journey began as a competitive dancer and an athlete. In 1992, she was invited to compete in a triathlon at the Pre-Olympic Games in Albertville, France—an experience that ignited her lifelong passion for fitness and mental performance. But it was years later, when her closest friend Tanya was diagnosed with stage 3 lymphoma, that when Lisa’s mission became crystal clear: to help others wake up to the power of Making Wellness a Priority™. New Day Wellness Inc. was born from that promise—to never take a single day for granted.
Today, Lisa is a trusted voice among health and safety leaders, HR executives, and change-makers globally. She has spoken to thousands of professionals in mining, finance, HR, healthcare, education, and government, sharing practical, compassionate strategies to improve resilience, support an aging workforce, and lead through uncertainty. Her work also shines a light on overlooked transitions like menopause and andropause, helping leaders break stigma and foster safer, more inclusive environments.
Lisa walks her talk. In 2024, she completed a 350-kilometer solo pilgrimage across Spain’s Camino de Santiago, carrying a 20-pound backpack. That transformative journey now fuels her presentations—proving that the path to resilience starts with one step, one choice, one new day.
She holds multiple certifications in Mental Health First Aid Facilitation, Group Fitness, Personal Training, Lifestyle, Wellness & Menopause Coaching. She is also the author of Making Wellness a Priority, host of the long-running Your Wellness podcast, and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and mentor for Toastmasters International.
Whether on stage, in the boardroom, or leading wellness retreats, Lisa delivers more than motivation—she delivers momentum. Her message is clear: resilience isn’t built in comfort, but in commitment—and it starts by Making Wellness a Priority™.
