Terrance Hyman was born in Norfolk, VA on March 22, 1976. He graduated from Maury High School and went on to attend Norfolk State University studying Mass Communication, as well as, University of South Florida where he majored in Sociology. In 1999, he joined a Fortune 500 telecommunications company and quickly elevated up the leadership latter. During his tenure, Terrance held leadership roles in cutting edge digial sales, customer care, training & operations before being appointed Director of Operations overseeing two locations, one in Virginia another in Florida.

After a 12 year career, Terrance decided to change career paths and accepted a Program Director post at Tampa Bay Academy of Hope, Inc., a non- profit mentoring organization. Mr. Hyman has always possessed a passion for helping educate, lead and train youth. This was the perfect opportunity to take it to the next level. While at the academy, he managed local, state, federal grants and vital community relationships including U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Bureau of Justice, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Hillsborough County Public Schools and others in Central Florida.

Terrance has been acknowledged as a "Voice of the People" along with awards and other fitting recognition. Today, he is Chairman of a Florida based international outreach initiative, manages a national corporate sales division (Fortune 500 communications company), supports a multifaceted music publishing company and seeks opportunities to network with diverse like- minded leaders worldwide. Mr. Hyman is dedicated to coaching, mentoring, training and sharing vital information with people that will change mindsets, behavior and ultimately lives.
