In 2014, she received the highest rating out of 54 speakers at the PMI Global EXPO and Conference, and was asked to be their closing keynote in 2015 and brought back to their conference again in 2016. In 2013, The International Conference for Women Engineers (10,000 – 12,000 women engineers and scientists worldwide attended) selected her Mega Session video out of 80 plus conference speakers to be sent out to all attendees with only two other videos - the opening keynote and the closing keynote.
