Darya Allen-Attar is the Founder and CEO of Women Founders Network (WFN). In 2013, Darya recruited several colleagues to create WFN, which is a virtual accelerator that hosts free educational networking events and an annual fast pitch competition for women entrepreneurs to connect them with the tools and resources they need to achieve success. 

Key benefits to applicants include connection with Angel Investors and Venture Capital Funds focused on women executives as well as an ongoing support network of successful businesswomen committed to building the female entrepreneur ecosystem.

Darya has been recognized for her leadership in advancing women including being chosen as a finalist in the Rising Star category of the LABJ Women Making a Difference Awards. She currently serves on the boards of the Los Angeles Chapter of Advisors in Philanthropy and the Westside YMCA Los Angeles. She is a frequent speaker on women's empowerment from a business perspective and is passionate about women helping each other to succeed.

Darya earned her BA from Kalamazoo College, Certificate in Accounting from Northwestern University, and her MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
