Mike began coaching sports teams at age 17. Coaching and training to get the
best out of youth and adult athletes. This quickly transcended to coaching individuals
and then to team's of business professionals in a retail sales environment. While
having sold retail products since an early age, Mike's sales career exploded and
developed multiple facets when entering the Auto Industry in 2004.
Mike's areas of expertise are in leadership, business management, facilities
management, organization skills, call center training and management, sales training, marketing and advertising, negotiation and mediation.
