My passion is empowering others through speaking. As a national speaker for over seventeen years to groups of up to 1,000, nothing is more exciting than watching faces light up with new understanding and excitement for change. My most popular and life changing topic is, "Dealing with Conflict." Individuals and organizations generally shy away from conflict which creates stress and havoc in the workplace. How productive are you or those around you when conflict is present? I present a no-nonsense, humorous and attention getting talk, that creates change and makes conflict a simple topic to deal with. Conflict is rarely what you think it is.

I am the author of, "Finding Traction: Recapture Your Drive at Work" which is filled with fun true stories about racing and its relevance to working in the business world. Tools to implement the lessons presented are an important part of this book.

As an executive coach I have worked with hundreds of executives and business owners including the NFL Alumni. My training and background give me the questions to ask, to help you get out of your own way, past your perceived blocks, then expand your ability to have the life you want and be the best leader you can be.
