Janice Goldmintz is a published author and presenter on aging and generational transition challenges. She is currently the president of Elder Talks, a company focused on providing education and coaching to their clients to achieve the "highest quality of life, any age, any stage.".

Janice's main platform has been speaking engagements and presentations. She empowers children of aging parents, older adults, health professionals and caregivers alike to see the possibilities of high quality aging, no matter what the circumstances.

Janice also brings her own experience in navigating the sea of aging with her parents. Seeing them through residence relocations, health issues and Alzheimer's Disease, she has learned first hand what it takes to take care of aging loved ones. She brings her sense of humour, enrolling conversation and understanding of the process of living longer and healthier to all she knows.

Janice has articles published on various issues, including: Caregiver Stress; Drug Misuse in the Elderly; Older Mother-Older Daughter Relationships and Healthy Eating For Older Adults. She has appeared on television and radio, as an expert on the issues facing today's "sandwich generation." Janice has post-graduate qualifications in gerontology and training in elder family mediation
