IN, USDr. Michael Davis has had an active career developing and training leaders, managers, coaches, and individual producers. He has served executives and business leaders from large global corporations, small business owners, non-profit boards and churches, and front-line sales teams. Known for his high-energy, humor, and positive approach, Michael continues to be in high demand for one-on-one consultations as well as large-scale, group training sessions.
He grew up working in a family-owned business which has been in operation for 45 years, has worked as a professional musician and entertainer for over 30 years, has worked and managed non-profit organizations for 20+ years, and has led and managed people and projects for multi-regional financial institutions and community banks since 2004. A certified DiSC™ Trainer, he earned the Doctor of Arts degree from Ball State University with emphasis on Organizational Leadership and Administration. He is currently VP of Corporate Training at Salin Bank and Assistant Artistic Director of the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir.
