CEO Kasia Andrzejuk is a woman of many hats...... Born in Poland and grew up in Chicago where she resides and speaks in Orange County California. Her business specializes in Brand Awareness and Fitness, she has a background in Pilates and Experiential Marketing. She has a decade experience in the yoga room and absolutely loves teaching Pilates and sharing her passion with corporations on the importance of committing to be fit with Pilates and meal prep combined.
