Roxanne has been coaching and speaking to groups both large and small for over 30 years. From global corporations, mid-sized and small businesses, conferences and women's leadership events... to young professionals, entrepreneurial groups, associations and college students, among others. She customizes each of her talks specifically to her audience, creating just the right blend of practical, hands-on knowledge and passion, experience and vision.

Roxanne's career spans over 30 years of local, national and international experience. Her expertise encompasses corporate leadership positions, consulting, coaching, facilitating in the areas of leadership and personal/professional development, strategic business development, entrepreneurism, communications and sales.

Roxanne spent the first part of her career in management and consulting with non-profit performing arts centers and arts groups and then several years with an international corporate training firm as a development coach and corporate communications trainer. She then served in an executive strategy and business development role with one of the world's largest specialty chemical companies. After 12 years with this company, Roxanne founded ProLaureate, a premier leadership development firm.
