VA, USLyall Swim is the managing partner for Junto Strategy. In his current role, Lyall works with a wide range of clients from Fortune 50 companies to start ups to help them develop and execute innovative organizational solutions that improve team performance, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance leadership capability.
He is the creator of two sought after seminars: "Do You Have What It Takes to be an Innovator" and "The Balancing Act: Creating Ethically Excellent Organizations." In addition, he is master certified in the Everything DiSC suite of leadership solutions and is a certified InsideOut Coaching facilitator.
Some past and current clients include: Honeywell, P&G, GE, IHG, Novell, Atmel, SWBC, Bank of Utah, NuSkin, Fresenius, iBahn, and SaltStack.
Mr. Swim holds his bachelor's in communications and a master's degree in business administration (with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior) from Brigham Young University. Lyall is currently pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, at Pepperdine University where his research areas have focused on Ethical Excellence, Innovation and Personal Leadership. He has been published in both peer reviewed journals and the business press.
Lyall and his wife Jenny are the parents of three great children.
