Leo moved to the US when he was 18 without knowing how to speak English. On his own, he learned to observe and listen with his eyes instinctively as a way to understand what others were trying to say to him.
Pursuing his passion in communication, Leo became certified as a body language trainer and currently creates programs and workshops for corporations and conferences that want to take advantage of body language superpowers.
Leo is also the creator of the body language deck of cards Clue's & Qs. A set of 52 cards designed to help people observe body language everywhere they go.
Leo lives in Flower Mound, TX where he pretends to play professional tennis with this 17-year-old son.

Leo Cardenas spoke at the December meeting of the Corvette Legends of Texas. We enjoyed his light and comedic style of telling us a little about how to read body language. He stressed that the important thing is to observe what a person's normal behavior is and be alert to changes in that behavior. Some things he pointed out were ways to detect lying and whether a person is taking a dominant position in a conversation or encounter. Leo's topic seems like a good thing for everyone to familiarize themselves with. His full presentation would benefit people in many areas of their lives.
