Rosemary Kelleher
CLHMS, Realtor, ABR
MA, USRosemary started her real estate career with Jack Conway Real Estate in Canton, MA and quickly took the Rookie of the Year Award and proceeded to be in the top 5% of the company with sales and listings and continued awards and recognition especially in her customer service, relocation and luxury property/buyer representation. She served top level transferees from Gillette, Reebok, Johnson & Johnson (to name a few) and became a top requested agent from these major organization's upper-management transferees.
After a five years with Conway, Rosemary was recruited to work for Re/Max and went on to major sales achievements by attaining the Platinum Club status yearly ($250k+ GCI) and the coveted Hall of Fame Award in a record breaking 5 year time period (over $1.2m GCI) She also completed the CLHMS and ABR designations. While achieving sales success, Rosemary came into the real estate business after marrying Tim Kelleher and having their first child Shandon (now 20 years old) while living south of Boston. During her years in active and awarded sales success Rosemary and Tim went on to have three more children. (Siobhan, 18, Declan 15 and Timmy 13) Rosemary maintained a committed "balance" to family, business and community life. She is recognized for starting various community and outreach programs as well as an After School Enrichment program for her (then) children's elementary school which is still in existence today.
From Re/Max, Rosemary was offered a Sales Manager position in a new Keller Williams office outside Boston. She quickly brought the office to tremendous success through managing, teaching and recruiting top sales agents. She was recognized as a leader in management and was the recipient of the New England Cultural Icon Award. Rosemary worked with the Re/Max organization after Keller Williams in a "regional-multi-office" franchise and then moved onto William Raveis real estate whereby she relocated her family to northwest of Boston.
The William Raveis Real Estate Company management position challenged Rosemary to help close a location while opening up a new office in the very affluent community of Concord, Massachusetts. Rosemary oversaw the $500k+ build-out of the modern, paperless environment while recruiting, managing, transitioning new agents and establishing a strong community presence. Within the first nine months, Rosemary tripled the goals and expectations in sales volume, thus creating a highly successful first year! (over $70m in closed transactions)
In January 2014, Rosemary started Elevate! Sales Training, Coaching & Seminars so she could work with sales people from all different real estate companies and numerous non-real estate sales-related industries/companies/organizations. Rosemary works with individuals, teams, broker/owners, managers as a coach, trainer and consultant. She also is a vibrant motivational speaker whose entertaining, lively and no-nonsense approach is enjoyed by many different groups and organizations in the US.
