Since 1995 Ilse J Strauss has had influential leadership roles in Multi-National corporations in management, business ownership and facilitating emerging leaders in the marketplace. Her company PurposeSYNC International has highly trained facilitators located in Australia and Africa stepping leaders through values alignment programs.

Ilse Strauss is smart in business and powerful as a leader. She is known as a dynamic and superlative communicator in values alignment for leaders with her straightforward and down-to-earth communication style. Which is surprising for her family, who came to Australia on her grandfather's lead in the midst of the apartheid era in South Africa - who say she was a very quiet and introverted as a child.

Being mentored by her father through-out her life and by another successful businessman when she reached her late teens Ilse was able to unlock her 'hidden talents' and became successful in business and powerful in values based leadership. In a style described as 'the Velvet Glove', Ilse will teach you to become a behavioural and linguistic values hunter to more powerfully upgrade and align self and others with goals, vision and purpose.

After graduating with a Bachelor in Legal Studies and Politics – Ilse was selected to become the first and youngest female in WA to complete the Small Business in Franchising accreditation. And at just 22 years of age Ilse became the only multi-site Division Manager leading a team of over 40 employees in Australasia's largest Multi-National franchise organization. Within her first year of taking over a demoralized businesses she lead the team that broke industry sales records which others went on to model and follow suit.

Nearly 15 years later, Ilse continues to succeed as a leader and an educator by combining advanced Human Behaviour skills with traditional Leadership principles, which saw her leading the Master Coach training for an International coaching organization and soon after secured a contract for her own Television segment aired throughout Australia and NZ.

In 2013 she published her book which combined marketing, human behaviour, business structures and leadership principles called Brands Don't Grow on Trees which Amazon listed in it's Top 100 in the first 24 hours. Ilse is a member of International Coaching Guild to champion coaches (in all walks of life) to become more aware of the importance of values in personal success. Ilse continues to grow her own business and team into International markets and continues her relentless research, writing and study into the imperatives of values as a non-negotiable leadership imperatives – with her next book on Values Based Leadership to be released late 2015.

Notwithstanding, Ilse Strauss has been married to her teenage sweetheart since 2003 and together they have 3 young children - all who are growing up to become values driven leaders.
