Beth's main goal is to facilitate healing in Mind-Body and Spirit. She has over 20 years experience working with men's and women's issues, adolescents, sexual abuse, trauma recovery, and improving marriages and family relationships. Her therapeutic healing modalities include: Energy work, Meridian Tapping Techniques, Guided Imagery, Hypnosis, Nutrition, Movement, Self-Awareness, and Self-Expression. She assists individuals, groups and organizations in recognizing and changing patterns contributing to illness, dis-ease and dysfunction and creating more healthful habits and lives. Dr.Beth is a passionate speaker, coach, trainer, teacher and consultant. She is a mother of four amazing adults and has seven grandchildren. She resides in Ogden, Utah where she enjoys time with family and friends and riding her horses in the mountains.

Beth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Utah. She has advanced training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Addictions, Emotionally Focused Marriage Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Family Systems, Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Psychoneurobiology, Mind-Body Medicine, and Personal and Executive Coaching. Her professional experience over two decades includes: Integrative Psychotherapy, Executive Coaching, and Consulting, Teaching and Training. She is an adjunct faculty member at Saybrook University.
Education: Beth has a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine: Health Systems, from Saybrook University, a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Walla Walla College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington State University.
