Liz got her start in leadership in the brokerage industry. Her 13 career began as a temp and ended as a Director of Operations. She received 9 promotions in 11 years and held the roles of supervisor, department manager, senior manager, and director. She led teams in operations, customer service, and sales where she had the opportunity to work with great people to achieve great results.
Liz has been a lifelong learner of leadership and professional development. During her corporate career she signed up for every training opportunity offered and attended a nine-month long leadership program which was instrumental in her career development. She has a bachelor's degree in Organization Leadership from Bethel University. She has read well over 100 books on leadership, business, and personal development.
Liz has been teaching others leadership principles since 2010 when she started her company The Coach & Mentor Group.
