Todd Lillibridge

TODD W. LILLIBRIDGE joined VENTAS as Executive Vice President, Medical Property Operations in 2010. Mr. Lillibridge also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary, Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc., where he is responsible for the strategic focus, vision and overall leadership of our medical office building operations. Prior to joining its predecessor in 1982, and subsequently establishing Lillibridge & Company, Mr. Lillibridge was employed by Baird & Warner, Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, serving in the real estate finance group and development division. He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the World Presidents' Organization of Chicago and the Board of Directors of the Joffrey Ballet. Mr. Lillibridge received a B.S., with honors, in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Todd is responsible for the strategic focus, vision and overall leadership of medical office building operations for Ventas and Lillibridge.
