He is the founder of the Leader In You, an international coaching and leadership development firm; the co-author of the acclaimed book entitled, "Leadership Essentials: How to Lead with Passion, Pride and Purpose"; and a Toastmasters International award winning speaker and has served as a keynote speaker and guest lecturer for numerous organizations including: Fatherhood Initiative Forum, Boys to Men Empowerment Program, National Sheriff's Association 69th Annual Conference, and the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education.

After progressing through a successful career in the United States Navy Seabees, Stinson transitioned into the private sector, where he gained experience in education, real estate investments, and non-profits. He was then recruited by the U.S. Marshals Service to create security policies and procedures, research new technologies, and provide guidance to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.

Throughout his life Jeremy has always strived to improve his community by mentoring at risk youth, providing pro bono training for small nonprofits, and volunteering as his church's business manager.
In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Brandi, and children, Christian, Kennedy & Jeremy II, and international travel. He is also enjoys politics, playing "Mr. Fixit" around the house, cooking, fishing, camping, and anything outdoors.
