He is the founder of the Leader In You, an international coaching and leadership development firm; the co-author of the acclaimed book entitled, "Leadership Essentials: How to Lead with Passion, Pride and Purpose"; and a Toastmasters International award winning speaker and has served as a keynote speaker and guest lecturer for numerous organizations including: Fatherhood Initiative Forum, Boys to Men Empowerment Program, National Sheriff's Association 69th Annual Conference, and the Maryland Business Roundtable for Education.

After progressing through a successful career in the United States Navy Seabees, Stinson transitioned into the private sector, where he gained experience in education, real estate investments, and non-profits. He was then recruited by the U.S. Marshals Service to create security policies and procedures, research new technologies, and provide guidance to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
