With a genuinely broad range of knowledge and interests, Heather can easily navigate from tech to classics, making her an invaluable resource for any company- small or large, tech or bricks. As an adviser and coach, she is quick to listen- and listen deeply- an invaluable quality, since most start-up founders (like me!) are so impassioned about their launch that communicating the entire value proposition in 10 minutes in a mad information dump is standard operating procedure. Heather help us communicate our technical vision

We needed support from someone who could help us stay focused on the Big Picture. I sometimes get lost in the details but Heather very much understood what our goals/dreams are and helped us stay on track in a supportive and very positive way. It was a very positive experience. Working with Heather at ROCeteer helped me understand how essential coaching is for leaders in companies. Heather figured out what our overall vision and goals are for Green Our Planet and then helped me stay focused on the big picture which involved overcoming many different kinds of hurdles along the way. It was just so valuable to have an advocate in my corner who understood exactly what we are doing and gently guided me whenever I started wandering off in the wrong direction.
